Shipping Policy
We offer a flat rate of £4.45 shipping on all orders with free shipping on orders over £50!
We'll do our best to get orders to you as quickly as possible but our standard delivery time is between 3-5 working days
Return & Exchange Policy
If you have decided that the items are unsuitable, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to arrange a refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure that the goods are returned in perfect, unused condition, and in their original, unopened packaging. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a carrier that provides 'proof of delivery,' as the Brentwood Coffee Club cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, The Brentwood Coffee Club will offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us to arrange the return of the affected items.
